Machalagh Carr

Board Director (C3)

Machalagh serves on ASFoundation's Board of Directors. She founded and serves as CEO of Quell Strategies, in which capacity she advises Palantir and other leading tech companies. Previously, on Capitol Hill, she served as  Chief of Staff to the Speaker of the House, General Counsel to the Speaker, General Counsel and Parliamentarian for the Committee on Ways and Means, and in other senior roles. Prior, she worked at an international energy company and an international law firm. She clerked for the Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. She has taught Trial Practice at Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law (her alma mater) and been a Politics and Public Service Fellow at Georgetown University's McCourt School.
