Daniel E. Granfield is an attorney with Sulloway & Hollis PLLC, a respected regional law firm based in Concord, New Hampshire. In his practice, Dan represents businesses, corporations, and healthcare institutions across New England on a wide range of legal issues, from complex litigation and regulatory compliance to transactional matters. His practice involves safeguarding his clients’ interests and helping them adapt to an ever-evolving legal and regulatory landscape. Dan earned his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law. Before his legal career, Dan worked in Washington, D.C., for the U.S. House of Representatives, and later for Allegiance Strategies where he advocated for clients’ interests before Congress and the national media, with a focus on international policy, immigration policy, and maritime regulation. His background in government relations and public policy provides him with a unique perspective on the intersection of law, business, and regulatory affairs—experience he brings to his practice and role as President and Board Director. Dan and his wife, Meredith, live in Manchester, New Hampshire, with their Bernese Mountain Dog, Lucy. An active member of his community, Dan participates in the Queen City Rotary Club and the Catholic Lawyers Guild. Outside of work, he enjoys hockey, golf, family fishing trips, and hiking New Hampshire’s trails.

Machalagh Carr is Founder and CEO of Quell Strategies, in which capacity she advises Palantir and other leading tech companies. She has decades of private and public sector experience navigating the intersections of congressional investigations and oversight, anti-corruption, law, policy, and geopolitics. She served as Chief of Staff to Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy. Prior, she served as General Counsel to the Speaker, as General Counsel and Parliamentarian for the Committee on Ways and Means, and in senior roles for three Committees. Prior to her public service, she served in the Office of Global Compliance of an international energy company, where she conducted internal anti-corruption investigations, audits, and compliance reviews, and in the Litigation, White Collar, and Government Investigations Group of an international law firm. After law school, she clerked for the Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. She has taught Trial Practice at Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, been a Politics and Public Service Fellow at Georgetown University McCourt School, and appeared as a political commentator on Fox, CNN, BBC, and NPR.
